Child Care Resource & Referral is committed to ensuring positive beginnings for all young children and their families through community partnerships in southeastern Minnesota.

As an umbrella organization, CCR&R provides support services to child care professionals and centralizes programs and services devoted to serving young children and families.

CCR&R helps parents, providers and other organizations find answers to their questions about early childhood issues.

Programs are designed to serve young children and their families from all income levels and diverse backgrounds.
